For anyone thinking about buying this hijab for the gym or a sport, do it! The fabric is breathable, soft, and very flattering. It's become my new favorite. However, I must warn you: this hijab is NOT black. It is actually a dark gray, which is unfortunate because some of us prefer the blackest shade of black possible. A product disclaimer would've been very useful, something to at least let us know that the real product may appear different than in the photos. I understand the saturation and contrast of the advertisement photos has to be dark for a dramatic effect, but it's slightly disappointing to recieve a product that is not what you were expecting. TLDR: hijab is great, but do not expect a black hijab.

I work landscaping, so I’m exposed to all kinds of weather year-round. I sweat profusely during work haha, and this hijab was a life saver. It’s a great fabric to keep you cool, it dries super quickly. Only critique I have is the seamless edges. The seams are glued I believe, because they’re already “un-seaming” looks like they have some sort of glue. Not very durable for my line of work, I guess. But if you’re planning on using this for lighter activities that don’t make you sweat as much, then this tech wrap should work perfectly for you.

I love this tech sport wrap, I have two of each color. It is very versatile. It is light weight, looks professional when worn with magnets. Looks ironed once put in head even if it was initially wrinkled. Still looks good even after washing many times. I personally don’t like the color black, but I did love this one because it is not a true black, it is more like a greenish black. Also, I love that it is UPF 50, because I feel like I get to prevent sun damage and early signs of aging around the eye crows feet area (where you can’t use Tretonoin) when paired with quality sunglasses. Overall I really live this hijab, I really hope that there would be navy and beige colors coming soon as well.

Was very excited for this shadow black hijab but after I received it, I found out that it is not a black hijab. Does not match any of my black workout clothing or black abayas even. It’s a dark grey, which is disappointing. It’s still a great hijab to workout in, but after spending the amount I spent on it, I expected to be happy with every aspect. After speaking with Aly from customer service she informed me that I got the correct color and it is not a jet black. It’s a dark grey. The images on the website are misleading, in person it looks like how the shade carbon looks on the website.
