Thanks for taking the time to write your feedback, Alexis. We're sorry the Sienna Classic Underscarf didn't seem to work out for you. I recommend tying it just so it's snug but not too tightly as that will have the opposite effect and the tension will cause it to slip back throughout the day. It should be secure throughout the day with just a snug fit and please be sure to wear it right at your hairline where your hairline meets your forehead and not further back than that. I’ve had a great experience with the products that so far I have purchased. After today I’m thankful that I’ve loved every piece I have thought. This under scarf is beautiful and I love that I can combine it with scarves that have a lot of color in it and it still looks beautiful. The quality and the breathable material are great. I’m happy it works great with every piece I have.

I feel like the old one slid around less. The mash baking also felt cooler on my head. I tend to use these in the cooler months more and use the mesh backed ones in the summer minths. I hope you bring back the old design.

Unfortunately very disappointed, the built in rouching didn’t do anything for volume so it’s just a standard very overpriced undercap.

I was among the first buyers of the first version of the HH underscarf and I loved it. This new edition is even better. I like that the straps are not mesh. It stays better and looks much better under a hijab. Love it!
