I bought 3 in different colors. I was pretty much excited. It was a disaster as everytime I wore it. It slipped off under my hijab. At a party, work, any place you name it. I was very disappointed and frustrated. I am nit sure what to do with them now that I threw out all packaging for these. I would like to get an exchange for 3 new scarves for the trouble I went to. I now purchase through Veiled, or Zahraa.

I am new to wearing hijab and this is my first underscarf. Love the material, the color felt seamless under my hijabs; however, I felt at times it was slippery but that could have been me not knowing how to wear it right! I think next time I'll go with an opaque underscarf of a different material to see if it slips with my hair.

I am someone who has not used an underscore before. I usually do not like them. I would give this underscarf a 4/5. The design is nice and neat plus its not heavy on the head. I would recommend it for people who do not like underscarves because of heaviness.

To reduce slippage, we recommend not tieing it too tightly in the back. Many people tighten it thinking that will help keep it on, but the opposite is true. Our underscarves are designed to be snug, but not overly tight to the head. Although many of us are used to extremely tight underscarves, wearing them often is not good for our hair and scalp over the long term and can cause a lot of discomforts while wearing. The closed, ruched back on our underscarves helps to evenly distribute the weight of your hair so as to put less pressure on your forehead and ears. That way, you don't need to tie it as tight, but it will still remain secure. Of course, if it simply isn't working for you, you're always welcome to return the product as we want you to be 100% happy and satisfied with your purchase.
